Sourced through local relationships. Not available on booking platforms.

Curated Local Experience Access

Winter in the mountains

In winter, private dining is most often arranged in chalets and apartments in Bansko, for guests who would rather not go out again after a long day outside. A local chef comes to the residence in the evening, cooks with regional produce and leaves the kitchen as it was found. Mountain cooking suits the season: slow dishes, Bulgarian wine from the Thracian Valley, a table for the people you came with. Yes. We arrange in-residence dining across Bulgaria — Bansko, Sofia, Plovdiv, Black Sea properties and rural estates. In the wider Balkans, arrangements depend on location and lead time. Contact us with your location and dates.
What does curated local experience access mean in practice?
It means we connect you with local settings, producers and access that is not part of standard tourist arrangements — a wine producer in the Thracian Valley, a local market visit with a knowledgeable guide, an authentic regional meal in a setting not listed on booking platforms. The access is sourced through local relationships.
Is this suitable for property owners hosting guests at their Bulgarian property?
Yes. Owners who use their Bulgarian property to host family, business associates or private guests often use this to provide a considered in-residence dining experience. We handle all sourcing and coordination so the owner does not have to.
How far in advance should I arrange private dining?
We recommend at least 48 hours for standard in-residence dining arrangements. For curated experiences involving specific producers or access, 3-5 days is preferable. Last-minute requests are considered where logistics allow — contact us via WhatsApp.
Is there a SPA or wellness component to this service?
