What is local execution support, exactly?
It means we act on your behalf when you cannot be present. This includes attending contractor meetings, conducting property checks, documenting damage, coordinating key handovers, and handling practical matters with local tradespeople, authorities or building management — reported back to you with photos or video where relevant.
Can you represent me at contractor meetings in Bulgaria?
Yes. We attend contractor and supplier meetings on your behalf, take notes, document the state of work, and report back. For ongoing renovation or repair projects, we can provide regular site visits with photo and video updates.
What happens if there is an emergency at my property?
We coordinate emergency access, contact the appropriate local services or tradespeople, document the situation and handle first-response coordination. For insurance purposes, we provide written and photographic documentation of any damage.
Do you cover all of Bulgaria or only Bansko?
We are based in Bansko but operate across Bulgaria — Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna, Burgas and rural areas. Cross-border support in neighbouring Balkan countries is available on request depending on the situation.
Is this included in Owner Care Bulgaria?
Yes. Local execution support is the operational backbone of Owner Care Bulgaria. If you have engaged us for Owner Care, property checks, contractor attendance and key coordination are already part of your arrangement. For clients who need occasional support without a full engagement, this module is available on a case-by-case basis.
Do I need a retainer or ongoing contract?
No. For occasional situations, we work on a case-by-case basis — you describe what is needed, we confirm what we can handle. For clients who prefer regular scheduled checks or ongoing representation, we discuss that separately.
